Our Team

Apostle Dr. Tawanda Cevis:  Apostle Dr. Tawanda Cevis founded RTab in 2011 with her husband Pastor Winston.  Apostle C. has been in ministry for over 22 years and has made it her life’s mission to build people.

Pastor Winston co-founded RTab with Apostle Dr. Cevis in 2011.  Pastor & Apostle have been married for over 30 years.

Elder Dawson became a member of the RTab family in 2019 after moving to MD from Tennessee.  Along with his wife Gail, they head our Trinity Travels ministry which provides transportation for members without vehicles to church services.

Elder Velma Walton joined RTab in 2016 along with several of her family members.

 Elder Mark Lee is one of our newest leaders and a veteran of the US Navy.  After visiting RTab for a few months, Elder Mark became a member during our Christmas Cantata.

Evangelist Bernita has been with RTab since its inception.  She currently leads our singles’ ministry The Wait and Unchained, our recovery ministry.

Evangelist Joann joined the RTab family in 2020 during the pandemic.  This singing evangelist is a member of our Voices of Fire praise team.

Joining us in 2015, Minister Danielle has been an absolute joy at RTab.  When she’s not presiding over one of our Sunday Worship services, she is either preaching or teaching a Sunday school or Bible Education lesson.

Deaconess Melinda joined RTab during its first ever service back in 2011.  She currently serves as the president of the Deacon Board and is a member of our hospitality ministry as well.

Deaconess Zetra is RTab’s Chief of Staff and leads our Saved with Amazing Grace (S.W.A.G.) young adult ministry.  She’s a member of our Clothed in Grace dance ministry and loves attending services with her grandchildren.

Deaconess Cecilia began visiting RTab during one of our tent revivals and became a member not too long after.  Now she’s a leader at RTab and dancing on our Clothed in Mercy dance team.

Deaconess Cheryl began visiting RTab during one of our tent revivals along with Deaconess Cecilia.  She eventually joined us alongside her sons a few months later.  Now you can see her smiling face singing on Voices of Praise or dancing with Clothed in Mercy.  She also serves as the leader of our hospitality committee Heavenly Hosts.

Deaconess Ebony has been with RTab since it’s inception in 2011.  She sings on our praise & worship team, Restored and is a part of our hospitality ministry.  She was recently named the leader of our Mighty Mustard Seeds children’s ministry.

Along with her sister Minister Danielle, Deaconess Patricia joined the RTab family in 2015.  You’ll see her smiling face during praise & worship and as a member of our Clothed in Grace dance ministry.  She also serves as the leader of our Pastor’s Aide Ministry

Along with his wife Deaconess Ebony, Deacon Christopher has been with RTab since Day 1.  He currently serves as the president of our audio/video ministry, Vision of Victory and is the leader of our teen ministry, Soul Seekers.

Deacon Vaughn is the leader of our ushers’ ministry First Impression and is one of the first smiles new visitors will see walking in our doors.
